Fire

Fire is burning
In the night
I’m curled up good and tight.
Smoke so strong
I can’t breathe long.

Fire works extreme
better than a dream.
Ashes flutter, rise into the air
like a butterfly
without a care

Very nice work Samantha;
Here are some comments from my students

Raven – I like the way you rhymed at the beginning
Myra- It rhymes to the end.
Sarah- I liek how you say “Ashes flutter, rise into the air like a butterfly”
