Tribute to Fire
Fire, fire everywhere
The giver and taker of life,
Fire fire everywhere,
Providing us with light,
Although you may hurt,
Although you may harm,
Although you’re the cause of many alarm,
You are the fuel that keeps us alive,
You are the reason that we can survive,
Your face is fiery, your body ashen,
You inspire people with compassion,
You are the causer of many bright lights,
You are the aid that helps us reach new height,
You brighten the night with your all powerful might,
You are the cause of great insight,
Helping us though hurting us,
You are here to stay,
For fire shall live on in arts,
And burning in people’s hearts
